Dark Sleep

Having Major depression often means sleeping too much or not enough. Insomnia does run in my family, and I've sure had my share of episodes of it.
But lately when I do fall asleep, I've been sleeping so deeply that I am unaware that I am asleep.
Often feeling disoriented when I do wake up and realize that I am awake again.
That kind of "Dead to the world sleep" where you don't dream, where everything just goes dark, real dark.
My headspace has been different, I can't say it's the worst, but I'm not sure it's a good place either.
Everything just feels like I'm quietly preparing to enter another hell.
